It is called Monilnaut SYM and up to now, it is working perfect. I installed this cab. After that, you have a new keyboard available that does not show a software keyboard. When you select it and using the hardware keyboard, you can type a letter, ex: e and press the SYM key to loop through the accented characters defined in the config file for e like é,è,ê, ...
With this, to use the SYM key to have the symbols list, you press shift+SYM.

I also installed the Juicy keyboard you posted in a thread. This one is a great software keyboard because you can do accented characters by holding the base letter and selecting in the list the accented characters for this letter.
