I don't even think that some of the issues are even related to HTC. We've got to remember that this was the first phone that was shipped with WM6 and we all know how good Microsoft is at getting things right the first time... I think it's just been an uphill battle all around with this phone. The only thing I could fault HTC for is the amount of memory that they put in the phone and I'm sure this has been a big lesson for them on that aspect so I wouldn't be surprised if they do come out with a revised Mogul that does have increased system memory.
