I used a program called reStart to change them. Sometimes it is a little buggy and the don't change the first time or sometimes My shortcuts shows the old icon and all programs shows the new icon. I haven't figured out why yet. |

heres a quote from it.."Eraser85 found a solution for this! He found that if you try to use a custom icon which have the same filename of one of the images found in \Windows then Manila will always load that instead of your customized one! 90% of my Icons Have the Same Name. In order to easily fix the problem, just rename your icon. This bug affects ONLY manila, therefore in the start menu everything will look fine BUT in the Homescreen you will always have the original icon!"
MAybe thats the problem?
