Read the post about the TP exchanges for the TP2...
Went to an Authorized Sprint Service and Repair Center...

-Pointed out that my phone was dropping calls
-Pointed out that my screen had "rainbow burn" on it
-Pointed out that there were other issues like folks not being able to hear me...

Sprint wanted to give me a Treo Pro...
I said no way hose, can I get a TP2.
There was a guy, who was the manager, said that they would, but only if I purchased a $129.00 BT Headset...

I did...had them bill it to me.
-I then walked out with the headset, which was crap (Planitronics Voyager 975), and returned the following Tuesday, for my phone...
-I returned and traded that headset in for a Motorola Endeavor with Crystal Talk and Bone conduction....it was even worse...
-I returned that headset got my money\credit back....

in the end, I paid ZERO dollars...
So when the Touch HD2\Adonis arrives, I will be all over that bad boy...
