I am having the same problem. Click the :view status" in the active sync box, on the PC, and post the error.
I get error : support code 85010014. Ive read and it tells me to make sure I am running AS 4.5. If thats correct UN-install and reinstall. Done that. Next I should re install outlook. Ill wait and see if there are any other suggestion.
