sorry for just getting back to you. there is nothing else that is required to make this work. the cab replaces the images in windows folder for upper bottom bars and htc sense background....
have you tried flashing and installing hdwall cab first....
seems i have had trouble when i went into start menu....settings....home
changing theme might affect what hdwall cab brings in...
