I made this Lockscreen with someone in mind, and decided to post it up here in case anyone else wanted it. It is the HTC lockscreen and uses the windows incall lockscreen with HTC pics and avatars. The HTC call screen doesn't have as many options, i.e. mute, speaker etc. (see attached image). I use this in conjunction with CSdevCtrl to solve my proximity sensor issues.

Install the Lockscreen cab then the square buttons cab and soft reset.
