I have tried HTC messaging client in many different ROMs including NRGz's. It is fine until you get about 30 txt msgs then it is unusable. I love it but I had to constantly purge my txt msgs to keep it working. I would much rather just disable it and use threaded SMS via WinMo. Heck have to use WinMo for MMS anyhow. And yes, WinMo MMS works just fine in R6. I haven't found one issue yet with R6. I had some ringtone issues and youtube volume issues with a few of the past versions but so far so good with R6!
