Well, I figured the 7000 problem out, on my Mogul at least. Sprint TV is now working on my phone. Before my last post, I tried everything to get it to work but I still kept getting the dreaded 7000 error. Unistalled, reinstalled, redid cache, soft reset, etc. So after my last post, I went back and read some of the other posts and the ROM version came up a few times... This is what I did to get mine working and I hope that this will work for more people....

I checked to see what ROM version I had (Start/Settings/System Tab/Device Information). I found that I had 2.09.

So I went to http://www.america.htc.com/support/mogul/software-downloads.html and here I found the download for the newest ROM 2.17. (Plus a nice announcement on a new rom that they are working on that will enable EV-DO Rev. A and GPS capabilities on the Mogul)

I downloaded the ROM update file and then opened the instruction page.

WARNING!!! MAKE SURE THAT YOU BACK UP EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE THAT YOU WANT TO KEEP THAT WAS NOT ORIGINALLY THERE BECAUSE THE ROM UPDATE WILL ERASE IT!!!

Just follow the instructions and you should do fine.. Make sure not to disconnect the phone or do anything with it during the update until it is complete. If so, you could risk messing up the phone.

There is a few updates that are cool with this ROM.

After the update was complete, I copied the Sprint TV cab, the pocket RAR cab, and the RAR'd cache files to my Personal folder in My Documents. I then installed the RAR software and extracted the cache folder to the same Personal folder. Now I installed Sprint TV and then started it up and let it get to the opening menu. I then exited out of the program and opened file explorer and went to the Program Files/Sprint TV folder and deleted the cache folder that was in there. Now the only files that should be in the Sprint TV folder are the SprintTV program file (83.5k) and another SprintTV file (1.10k). Now I navigated file explorer to the Personal folder in My Documents where I copied everything to. I then COPIED the cache folder that I extracted earlier. I navigated back to the Sprint TV folder and pasted the cache folder into it.

Now I restarted Sprint TV and came up with channel listings but still got the dreaded 7000 error.. Then I exited out of everything and soft reset my Mogul (like I did many times on the old ROM).. It restarted and I then opened Sprint TV and got channel listings just like before.. I tried to open a channel and watch it and it worked!!! Now my Sprint TV is working, just like on my wife's Upstage.. All the channels that are available with the Power Vision pack are black and the ones that need a subscription are highlighted in blue..

I hope that this little walkthrough of what I did helps.. Just remember, please do not attempt to update your ROM unless you absolutely know what you are doing.. Don't mess up your phone!!!
