Well, I've managed to cook a ROM to my liking but not without a few problems. I'm using BUILD 21054 (6.1)
1# For some reason I do not get the dropdown menu for htc taskmanager on my today screen. I think its because there is a default task manager already pre installed. I couldn't find how to disable that one. Any ideas?
2# Is there a way to change the sound for when you hit the END key(the red one?) at the today screen? I notice a loud (piano key) sound. I use it a lot to end calls and get back to my today screen but it makes that annoying sound.
3# Is there a way to get the htc album 2.5 to play videos? I followed this post
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=479095 (first post). I installed the fix cab but its not working so I know im missing one or all of dshow, mhub/vo and fps. Anyone know where I can get these?
