This same thing happened to 2 of my TP's, currently including the one I have now that is going to be replaced. (It's being replaced for other reasons however). But I did bring it up at my last repair and they made note of it in my account (so that if it got worse it wouldn't be considered physical damage). A tech himself told me that it's a pressure issue and it's actually being caused by the magnetic part of the hip holster for most TP's.
Best advice: when you have time, swing by a Sprint store and if nothing else, have them notate it in your account. This may seem unnecessary to most people (myself included) but I don't and wouldn't take chances on Sprint blaming it on me.
