Drop down task manager is there ala 2.5 taskbar.
( Tap the clock in the taskbar then tap and hold for about 2-3 seconds and let go )
You will notice the lack of a program tab like we were all used to on 2.1.
It has been moved to the taskbar where the OLD Start Menu used to be.
Click there and it will appear.
