I'm having issues as well. I got to the bootloader screen...ran the unlocker but that's where I'm stuck. It opened up a cmd prompt with this stuff:
Vogue/Sprint Touche CID unlocker utility
Total process may take about 5-10 minutes depends on CPU speed
Connect your device via activesync before continuing. Press any key to continue.

There should be a moment where it tells me to disconnect and reconnect. Is that when I'm supposed to do it? Its still at the USB mode in bootloader...so do I power down and let it run through or what? I don't know why I'm having so much trouble. sigh...any help would be appreciated. It seems to not be detecting my device via activesync. I tried this on both my laptop and dad's desktop and they both don't detect it. I hear the USB connect when I plug it in from the Serial -> USB part.

I disconnected at that screen and reconnected...pressed a key and then it says Initializing and a message pops up saying No Device Connected Would you like to try copying again? Yes/No/Cancel
