Not to worry, nothing is wrong. The WHOLE reason for the Stock Flashdance IS the radio re-write.
This ensures (well, almost) that all the files are written to the correct location. SOME stock roms and most custom ROMs-
afaik-leave the radio alone. So if youre flashing to stock and it doesnt involve the radio, I'd find a different version-usually the SHIPPED versions involve the radio (colud be wrong on that)
So do the Dance then flash the radio of your choice once you are back up and rockin'!
