Check out this thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=96414. I used Showaco's weather previously on my Omnia and you need to use the .mscr file that is noted in the thread. If you need some sample radar urls PM me and I'll send you the ones I used to use and you can just change the state and town, it's pretty easy.
