I UNINSTALLED THE DIALER (  dmn it) AND THE CAMERA IS WORKING PERFECTLY... BUT I WANT THE DIALER BACK! LOL... NOT SURE IF THIS HELPS BUT I HOPE IT DOES. |

Ihave just updated first page several changes, But basically new manla 2.1 cab to include v0.2 camera fix and smaller cabs for both manila2.1 and dialer.
Ive been running complete theme, EXCEPT CUSTOM TASKBAR ALLDAY WITH CAMERA FIX no problems.
There are serious problems with taskbars, Thats why MM doesn't support them they cause all kinds of issues. I personally will not be running a "Custom" until I can figure out where the problem lies. Until then I will not support them either, Once I do figure it out I will give full support.
As to the IE thing I am using opera and have no problems.
