Yea, there's a lot to keep up with.
...and it does get addicting. This is the first time I've had one ROM loaded up on my devcie for more than a week. I'm rocking Nov 27th 21877 2.5. I would build a house on this ROM release it's so solid. ...well, for me.
BTW - the links in my sig have a lot of the information from this thread summarized in an easier to follow thread. Just go to the correct one for your Manila version. While the builds might be different, there's still a lot of non-ROM specific info there along with links, cabs, and step-by-steps.
