If you iPhone is jailbroken, Unlimtones is an app definately worth checking out.
It allows you to download ringtones straight to your phone for free. Nothing special you need to do, just download them and they are there in the ringtones. You can preview them before DLing.....It's still pretty new and tones are being added to it everyday.
