the cab has a setup.dll file, that's probably why the EXT failed

HTCSense_Tweak_12_Quicklinks (only adds 12 quick links)
HTCSense_Tweak_12_Quicklinks_BG4ALL (only adds BG4ALL for 12 quicklinks)
