I think it depends on the nature of the 6.1 update. For the time being, I have only seen 6.1 for Smartphones in action. I'm not sure what changes would occur with the 6.1 update for the professional versions. I think once the update is released to manufacturers, we'll get a chance to know how large and feature-intensive this update is.
I think if all goes well with the Rev. A and GPS update early next year, then we may not get it as these are the remaining features that will be implemented in the phone. Seems like after that, they'll focus their attention on upcoming devices.
