Oh so you have WMDC instead of activesync..

I don't remember the steps to delete the partnership on the pc, but i'm sure someone here does.. I'm not on my pc otherwise i'd scope it out for you.

I think you just need to goto the Windows Mobile Device Center (with phone unhooked) click the gear icon and then select end a partnership. Once in there you can select which partnership and then end it.
