Sorry your still having trouble. First I dont see where you say if you've tried different radios? Have you? Also as far as My Location goes-IMO it isnt ROM related. The program can be hit or miss based on your geographical location.
The GPS is another story. Have you run through all the GPS tools cooked in? There is a bunch. I guess I'm just lucky-Energy ROM or not My Location and GPS always work great for me.

While the dialer may support video calling,
afaik-CDMA TP's do not. Need that front facing camera for one thing
