I can launch Pocket Tunes with Voice Command, but I have not been able to launch individual m4b audiobooks with Voice Command.

The volume control issue is probably a TP2 thing. I can't control any of my stereo bluetooth headset using software or phone hardware volume buttons. My TP1 can however.
