First I love the ROM. Second - I have searched everywhere for the following and I came up empty... [these may be sooo... easy that they are stupid - if so sorry in advance]

1) How do you create shortcuts which Sense can see? Solitaire and BubbleBreaker are installed but the shortcuts do not show up. I can drag the .lnk files to the games directory and they show up there - until I re-boot. (files are still there but they do not show up) These NEVER show up in the SENSE UI as programs I can place on a shortcut button.

2) To turn on the device lock, it appears you have to select the Start-> Lock [Menu at bottom]. This is not very easy to use. I'd like to set it to something else (a key, gesture, a menu on the home page). Please do not suggest any of the other lock programs - I like the built in one and it works for me fine.
