PPCKitchen v1.0.0 files for 28011 for all the ppck devs out there. This one is completely untested by me due to lack of time today, so if there are any issues, let me know so I can fix them. I just wanted to make sure you guys had something to play with.

Updated 12/08/09, 9:35pm EST. Removed beta tag and added patched shell32.exe. Fixed missing media os package in 96DPI (thanks greatguy320 and dibbson )
