If you are absolutely sure the protector is not bent then it is also possible that the protector is somehow too thick or somehow it is otherwise permanently pressing down on the screen when installed. See if you can figure it out. Good luck.

I did have it stuck under an edge the first time, took it out and cut it smaller then replaced, same result. I have the second screen of this on a 755 and it works fine.. strangee but not a big deal, I am just not using a protector at the moment.
