I just got my tp exchanged with a tp2 this morning. I walked into the store and the rep i was talking to showed the tech the phone and he looked at it for 2 seconds and ok'd the exchange. The rep then stated i can exchange the phone for the Tour, Curve, Treo Pro, Snap, or Touch Pro 2 but i had to pay $100. i thought to myself why would i have too pay that cuz i have insurance. the rep then stated i would be getting extra accessories like a bluetooth headset, a case, and screen protectors. I agreed but was still wondering why. i chose the tp2. so the rep tried to order it but the warehouse was out. so the rep gave me a tp2 out of the stores stock. when i got the receipt from the transaction all that was on there was these extra accessories. so in the end the rep lied to me just to get a sale. i have a receipt for the accessories so i'm just gonna take them back and get my money back. also i don't know if i should complain to cs or what?
