no, is only new york tri state area, new jersey long island, connecticut only.
but it has ALL of the live webcam, some of them are 15 second refresh pictures, and most are live 5-10 fps stream video. i can see all of the street in time square cause the have a camera in almost every conner. The software is free also and when u select which webcam u want to view, it upload in 3-5 seconds.
