I had the digitizer problem, and it was being called "water damage" at the repair store. Even though the water exposure indicators weren't pink. They said I could go to the corporate store, they might be able to do more for me there. I never went, I just put up with the oily spot. Wasn't worth $100 to Asurion, or my time hassling with people.
