You can overclock your Touch with xpscaler or teksoft speedbooster & it doesnt matter if you have CDMA or GSM. There are other apps out there that have the same function but these 2 I personally recommend, especially Sppedbooster because you can actually select the specific programs you would like to speed up instead up overclocking every function on your Touch.
