That's the first I heard of 2 numbers in the minutes area being a bug...I mean there are 60 minutes in an hour, so there needs to be 2 numbers...yeah you're not an idiot, so that's probably not what you meant. Could you please explain it further or post a screenshot?
As for the task manager and notification manager opening, I'm not sure; I always disable the X2 task manager and install a Dusk-themed Showcase.
Last be not least, it sounds like you need to set the time on your clock; go to the start menu, then press "settings," then "clock." Make sure you set the time zone and the time correctly.

The cab I posted is quite old and it doesnt work anymore. I'll have to make a new one someday. Watch that folder for it

Because that's the way HTC designed it ? What you want is a mod called background4all. Look around for it
