If I can get this to green my rom will be completely color cohesive

Hey, Bud ... not sure about 2.5, but in previous versions of manila, you could use these reg edits ... just add these "dwords", and select the rgb/hex color you want from a universal color chart. Here's a link to the one I have used in the past. There are about a dozen different greens to choose from.
