bairice is correct, wifi sharing is the exact samething as tethering with a cable, your carrier can't tell the difference. if usb tethering is illegal with your service, then wifi tethering is illegal also. After writing this I do wonder why we are allowed to talk about tethering on this website but no talk of warez.
