Thats just the plain black pano image. If your using Calks kitchen, you choose the pano option and the image you want to use.

And I think the reason you had problems cooking in other pano cabs is because most of my older cabs I made with HDWall. When you use the CAB to OEM and OEM to EXT, it doesn't find the files in the cab. So no files get extracted to the OEM folder. I didn't know that at first. I'm using WinCe now (thanks zombie) and you shouldn't have that problem with the ones I make now.
