Unfortunately, uninstalling your theme after installing a clock, is not gonna work the same as uninstalling it before installing a clock. Anyhow, what clock were you using before installing this one on top of it? Was it a flip clock? If not, that could be your main problem. When running a rom with a non flip clock, you need to install a flip clock enabler first.
So, if it was not a flip clock, you could try installing a flip clock enabler, and then a flip clock. Otherwise, I suggest you reinstall the same clock you had before.
If none of that works, then yes, you may need to hard reset! I can only suggest, that from now on, you always read the instructions in the post wher you get your .cabs from. Also know that it is never good to install a mod on top of another mod. This will almost always cause conflicts.
