With santod's help I was able to figure out which files I needed to extract from the Vodafone TP2 6.5 rom and I now have black font all tabs. The only problem is the homescreen manila breaks bg4alltabs. I need to play around with it a little more.

edit: HDWalls works with Vodafone black font manila files.
