I am guessing the OP is looking for software to filter calls. Black list callers so they don't ring the phone. There are several apps you can get to do this. I use
SPB Phone Suite to black list certain numbers and the phone doesn't even bug me unless they leave a voice mail. A free, alternative way to "kind of" do this is add them to your contacts then associate a silent ring tone to that caller.
