The options thing is in Settings -> Personal but it won't show up until you soft reset after installing.
But if you are installing on top of a Cookin VoiceCommand the Chef may have moved it and installing on top may not change it's location.

It sure does get confusing where everything is on all these ROMs. I like how Energy organizes stuff.
