I got partnered w/ them through a Title Company I work with frequently. They asked if I would like business discounts for products and services I normally use at no cost to me. I of course said yes and they singed me up for this. They sent me a user name and password and it all history from there. I do not believe I have the ability to refer anyone into this network. If you find out that ANY existing member can refer somebody into this site then PM me your business details and such and I will look into it as well.
