Good advise. I tried to activate and dang thing would not take the programing. Even tried to do a manual programing with the tech folks at verizon and no luck. It gets a few bars after a hard reboot and will dial the *288 but its dosent go out to verizon it picks up USCellular. Then after we try the manual entering of the numbers in the ##778 it no longer gets any signal.
They said they will have to send me a new device. But it sound more like it the programing not hardware ???
