i have the same issue i get stucked at the touch pro screen aswell as my memory serves me correct it 1st shows the touch pro splash screen then loads to where it show u the radio version im using a verizon radio and the rom says 1.03 i let it stay there for like 5-10 minutes because i wanted to see if it would load but no luck i then had to hold the power button low volume and soft rest button to get to the bootloader screen and connected with active sync and flashed back to stock and reflashed but still no go so im back on 21877 nov27 ..any ideas no offense im actually glad to see other people with this problem so we can reslove this btw im with bell if this helps
