Short Answer: YES

Long Answer: The manila files that store the txt and email bubbles have changed in Manila 2.5. For these to work you will need to extract the manila files from the cab and then extract the images from the manila file. Once you have done that you will need to import them into the correct manila 2.5 files and then copy over to your phones \windows folder.
