I use Hex Workshop. I open the .nbh and do a search for "hex value" 'a0030616' When it finds this, the 4 hex digits before this string will be '0315'. the first two digits of that '03' is multiplied by 4 to get the Pagepool. So change to '00' for 0MB PP. Change to '08' for 32MB PP. Good luck.
PS - Its HEX digits so for 48MB PP you would use '0C'....etc....
