well, it seems that the word have NOT completely filtered over here...
it would appear that most, if not, ALL issues that was connected to bluetooth functionality was connected to WM 6.1. I believe, that most of the ROMs that are 6.5 and above are NOT having issues with bluetooth.
I'm running a custom ROM cooked in Calkulin's Kitchen WM6.5.3 build 28005. My bluetooth function is perfect...
MS Voice Command: no problem, no lag...works the way it was supposed to
Tell Me: the same installer that was ripped from the Intrepid(?) that works...the touchscreen works better now that its not running on 6.1 Still a bit quirky...only functioning on the phone mic and speakers.
SMS: Announces when its supposed to...just make sure you have the settings correct.
HANG UP: YES, I can hang up a call using bluetooth buttons! NO LAG TIME.
File sharing/sending: I don't use it, so I can't comment.
Lastly...don't call out the chefs. Those folks are trying to better the community in their way by providing all of us these custom ROMs. We ask, we suggest...but at no point in time should anyone demand anything from them. Most of them do this because they love it...and trust me...its not easy (i'm learning
) If you don't like what they included OR excluded in their ROMs....go get yourself a kitchen...and cook a ROM for yourself
