I'am happy to say the phone is all set, the MSID was off on the last four numbers. Sprint had me re program it. But the PRL being wrong was the real problem because Sprint had me do all this before I changed that PRL and the MSID didn't take. I just want to thank you guys for the help again, I love this phone and really did not want to replace it. This is the first major problem I've had with it in over a year and I use it constantly.
