Huh? It (vista) uses WMDC (Windows Mobile Device Center) same as Windows 7. WMDC worked perfectly fine with vista when I had it and still runs perfect with Win 7 (PC not ppc lol)

Maybe your confused a little. Activesync was a program on Windows XP not vista so ya the PC application of Activesync won't work on Vista. When Vista came out they changed it to Windows Mobile Device Center, but its pretty much the same thing.
