If you didn't download the PPCGeeks_OEM.rar to your kitchen folder you'll get that message because those are default selections. If you don't want them anyway, you can just hit the save button and you won't get that message next time.
It's just a warning message and PPCGeeks_OEM.rar is completely optional. You can build a basic ROM with everything you have.
