I'm on C_Fay 1.1 and it updates every 3. I'm fine with it. I work in a town 30 minutes from where I live and it usually updates sometime before I get up and then again after I get to work. It's usually current by the time I get around to looking at my phone at work. I live in the desert so the weather doesn't change much. It's not a big deal for me to tap update on the weather tab. I will say that it would be nice to have the update settings in 2.5 incorporated into 2.1 roms. I'll probably stay on 2.1 roms until the 2.5's work perfectly.
