hell does sprint have a policy like verizons (which they dont advertise) ever since i found out 3 moths ago i been taking advantage of this, vzw has to replace your phone if they have to replace more than three times2 reps have told me that and i got them to document in my files so vzw is aware i know of the policy,just 1 catch though,gotta be handled over the phone,no biggie though,my tp's have never given me any trouble, i just relock it download sktools and screw the reg. edit up and delete and return,phone wont work lol,and for anybody saying what im doing is messed up,just remember i payed more than most of you for half a tp compared to all other carriers, they @#$%^& me so its payback time,plus i have two lines and this way i can save the upgrade
