if you're on sprint, go with Cfay because he's on Sprint also and makes sure his roms run flawlessly on sprint before he uploads it. Whenever i use Cfay's roms i never have any issues because i am also on Sprint. No MMS issues (which is somewhat of a problem for most).

If you don't care about MMS, i would recommend Juicy's roms because i have never had issues with those roms. There are fixes/workarounds for the MMS issues, but for a new person, go with Cfay (identical to Mighty Roms because they actually work on each other's roms).
